What affects the quote
- Private group intensive: room hire time, headcount, and whether you need bilingual term sheets.
- Travel coaching: if an instructor visits your office outside Masan, travel time is billed separately.
- Materials: standard workbooks are included; bulk printed binders for corporate groups are added at cost.
Deposits
Intensive seats require a 30% deposit to reserve a date. Clinics and single coaching sessions are payable in full before the meeting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit and cancellation terms are described on the refund page.
What rates do not include
Broker commissions, charting software subscriptions, travel to Masan, lodging, or meals beyond tea and water provided during classroom hours.
