How Edge Computing Nexus collects, uses, and retains personal data when you enquire about or attend MACD crossover analysis training.

Data controller

Edge Computing Nexus, located at 29-5, Jasan-dong, Masan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, is the controller of personal data collected through this website and in connection with lesson enrolment. Contact: info@edgecomputingnexus.digital, telephone +82-4-828-5181.

Data we collect

  • Enquiry forms: name, email, selected lesson type, optional preferred dates, and message content.
  • Enrolment and administration: contact details, attendance records, payment references handled offline, and worksheet scans where you consent to receive them by email.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps may be collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
  • Cookies: see our Cookies page for essential and optional analytics cookies.

We do not ask for account passwords, government ID numbers, or full payment card details through this website.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver materials, improve classroom operations, meet legal obligations, and—only if you accept analytics cookies—understand aggregate site traffic.

Depending on context, we process data because you request a step prior to a contract (enquiry and enrolment), because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure training practice, because we must comply with law, or because you consented (for optional cookies).

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing booking. Enrolment and invoicing records are retained as required by Korean tax and commercial record rules, typically up to five years. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle set by the host. You may request earlier deletion where law allows.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host the website, provide email delivery, or process payments offline on our behalf, under obligations to protect the information. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, and we limit transfers to what is necessary to operate the site and lessons.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email info@edgecomputingnexus.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Korean privacy authority.

Children

Lessons and the site are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

Updates

We may revise this policy by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the text and the page date context on republication where practical.
