Refunds & Rescheduling

This policy applies to paid lessons offered by Edge Computing Nexus: the MACD Crossover Intensive, Private Chart Coaching, Evening Signal Clinics, and Trade Journal Reviews. The website does not process payments; refunds refer to fees paid offline for confirmed bookings.

Eligibility overview

Refund eligibility depends on lesson type, how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit was paid, and whether instruction or document review has already begun.

Intensive workshop (two-day)

• Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before day one.
• Partial refund (50% of tuition paid) if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before day one.
• Deposit non-refundable inside 7 days before day one, except where we cancel the cohort or a documented medical emergency prevents attendance (supporting documentation may be requested).
• If we cancel or postpone a cohort and you cannot take the new dates, you receive a full refund of amounts paid.

Private Chart Coaching

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or free reschedule to a later slot. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the session fee unless we agree that an emergency applies. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

Evening Signal Clinic

Cancel at least 72 hours before the clinic start for a full refund. Later cancellations may transfer your fee to a future clinic within three months if seats exist; otherwise the fee is non-refundable.

Trade Journal Review

If you cancel before submitting journal materials, a full refund applies. After materials are submitted, the review fee is non-refundable because work has started. If we have not yet held the follow-up call, you may reschedule the call once within 30 days.

Non-refundable items

• Completed instruction time and delivered feedback.
• Printed materials already produced for a private group at your request (charged at cost).
• No-shows without prior notice.

Work already started

Once a classroom day has begun, that day’s tuition portion is non-refundable. For multi-day intensives, unused future days may be considered for partial credit toward a later cohort at our discretion when absence is notified promptly.

Deposits

Intensive deposits secure a seat and are applied toward tuition. Deposit refund rules follow the intensive timelines above. Deposits are not transferable to a different person without our written approval.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed for coaching and journal-review calls when notice meets the timelines above. Additional reschedules may require a new booking. Intensive cohort transfers depend on remaining seats in a later date.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation: no refund for that session or clinic seat.

Refund process and timing

Email info@edgecomputingnexus.digital with your full name, lesson type, booking date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the account you nominate, within 14 business days after approval.
