Terms governing use of the Edge Computing Nexus website and enrolment in MACD crossover analysis training.
Acceptance
By accessing https://edgecomputingnexus.digital or enrolling in lessons offered by Edge Computing Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for training.
Services described
The site describes technical analysis training focused on MACD crossover analysis, including workshops, coaching, clinics, and journal reviews. Descriptions are informational. A binding agreement for a specific lesson is formed only when we confirm your enrolment in writing and you complete any required deposit or prepayment.
No investment advice
Training content is educational. It is not personalised investment advice, brokerage service, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or currency. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, worksheets, curriculum outlines, and site content belong to Edge Computing Nexus or its licensors. You may use materials provided during a lesson for personal study. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from them commercially without prior written consent.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful or misleading content. We may refuse service where conduct interferes with other participants or instructors.
Website availability
We aim for reliable access but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Temporary outages, maintenance, or hosting issues may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Edge Computing Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading activity following training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Edge Computing Nexus against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your trading decisions.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
